Thanks for a fantastic meeting everyone. I am sorry some of our core cast was unable to attend, but as we grow we have to understand that things will come up which prohibit us  all from always being there. I hope everything works out for those who weren’t in attendance and for you our notes are below…

2.) Verified everyone’s primary/understudy roles.
3.) Who’s attending Midnight Cinema?

a.) Who’s driving?
b.) Who’s carpooling?

4.) Another publicity stunt?

a.) Why?
b.) What? Protest? Flyering?
c.) Where?

5.) Who has binders?

a.) Take notes about your blocking, etc.
b.) Refer to previous notes when needed.

6.) Switch main/understudy’s.

a.) Different mannerisms are okay, same blocking.
b.) Cant do it? Why not?
c.) Need to fill spot so others can perform.

7.) Myspace, Live Journal and Website.

a.) Myspace – New face lift. New information.
b.) Live Journal – Still main source of communication.
c.) Website – Constantly updated with new items. Wiki, Calender, etc…
d.) Already #1 on Google. Continue to promote.

8.) Dress Rehearsals.

a.) Once or Twice monthly.
b.) Skip meeting to prepare.
c.) One outfit, not always the same one.

As for what was rehearsed, we tightened up our character interaction in Zydrate Anatomy and had some fun with improve exercises to raise our overall ability coping with unforeseen issues. Lastly, we were presented with an email from Terrance regarding our publicity stunt in Casselberry the other week, needless to say he loved it and saved the images to his computer.

Our next meeting with be 100% voluntary and will be Sunday at approximately 8:30 at JCON. We are going to show support for our cause, and wont be incurring any cost’s unless you wish to enter the convention. We will be in costume, and will be raising awareness of the movie, and our cast where possible. Kristin is arranging this event, so any questions, please inquire with her.
