1.) Contest is for attendees of Keyboard Samurai’s latest show only. While there is no way to confirm attendance, we are basing this off the honor system in hopes that all information collected via the survey is pertinent.
2.) All entrants who wish to qualify must provide a working email address, and must allow Keyboard Samurai the use of their name and opinions on our website in order to be awarded the prize. Please make sure to check the box at the bottom of the survey which allows us to do so.
3.) Prize will be presented the night of our next show to the winner only with proof of admission to that night show. No substitutions.
4.) Members of Keyboard Samurai as excluded, but their family members are not. Members are persons who have attended multiple rehearsals, not necessarily those who have been on stage.
5.) All entrants must be 18 years or older.
